This unit comes with a DC 24V/320W motor and it runs off of two 12V 36AH batteries giving the unit a maximum battery range of 25 miles on a single charge. With a battery range this strong, you can be out all day without worrying or needing to recharge the batteries.
The chair is also able to reach a top speed of 5 mph, however, it is not recommended to go in excess of 3 mph, when you are operating the unit in the standing position.
UNIVERSAL JOYSTICK & SAFETY SUPPORT:
The XO-202 comes with a standard Joystick that controls everything you need to operate the unit. In addition to having the ability to move from the sitting position to the standing position in seconds, the joystick also has a speed dial, directional steering, a battery indicator, and even a horn. There is also an optional attendant controller for a care taker or loved one to operate the unit when the rider is not able to.
When driving this standing power chair in the standing position, there are two front caster wheels that provide added stability. You now have 6 touch points on the ground giving you more support, so you can feel comfortable and confident when riding around while in the standing position.
