Purchase: Choose your preferred model and make the full payment upfront.
Agreement: Before shipment, it is necessary to carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial period.
Direct Delivery: By making a purchase, you automatically agree to the terms of the free trial period. The mobility product will be shipped directly to your door from Vive Health, Freerider, or ComfyGo.
Trial Period: Starting from the day the powered mobility product arrives at your doorstep, you will have a total of 8 days to experience it. This includes the delivery day and a 7-day trial period.
Indoor Use Only: Please remember that the scooter should be used exclusively indoors during the trial period.
Returns & Refunds: If you decide the scooter is not suitable for you, simply utilize the provided return shipping label to send it back to Freerider, ComfyGo, or Vive Health before the 7-day trial period ends. As long as it is returned on time and in the same condition as when you received it, a full refund will be issued.
Inspection: Upon return, the product will undergo an inspection to ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it. If no damage is found, your full refund will be processed.
Please note that the product cannot be kept longer than the initial 7-day trial period.
